the people in that crowd must be pretty stupid if they cant see who is facing the detective, whose stance changes, and then
the detective dies, that would be a pretty great indicator as to who did it, and having the stance of the knife is a big highlight to who did it.

You would think it would be pretty obvious who the killer was but it really dont be like that.
