After a discussion with Oxy, Morgan and Tony we all agreed that you can indeed be unbanned if you repay everybody you scammed. However as you were banned for scamming, decided to ban evade, got banned for scamming again, decided to ban evade again AND scam users once more, as well as the fact that you've scammed users time and time again, we've come up with the following compromise:
