Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
i think im doing good job even its my first week as a mod i have done 65 f1s but most of things i do is protect spawn from naughty rule breakers ect. . i also feel i could help more with admins power , also it will make me less stressful on me when i do f1s ect ... also as mod i have learned how to take responsibility for my sits , mod rank showed me how to handle situations on the problem that is occurring.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
yesterday some trollers joined like 3 of them they were prop pushing and mass rdming ect ...... a lot of cars and when i try to freeze some one he just leave to avoid punishment or kill him self so i coudlnt do much until a admin joined and banned them
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
if im a admin i cant ban players for hacking only lead team members and i can't handle if i was the admin who banned/Warned players
but lets say im not the admin who banned him im the handler admin
first ill post post in the appeal and say im handling
after that ill speak to the admin who banned him and post the outcome

after reading your appeal and speaking with Admin X ( the admin who banned you ) we both agreed to lower your ban to 2 weeks because you made effort making this appeal

i should be promoted because im mod or 1 week i handles 65 f1s in this week and i have done a good job and im also ttt mod , im friendly in game love to help players always join the server when help needed , i also know the rules very well , im always calm in game even im mad in real lfie , i belive im reday for this rank and reday to help players with admin powers !!
