Xnator's job is mainly to code for the server, meaning he has other duties than minimum activity. Sorry mate but I think you're off on this a bit. Yes he has developing duties. But I haven't seen anything in my time on PH. The only thing I've seen him do is play Final Fantasy. And yes mostly I won't know what he does. But how can he "develop and maintain a high ranking server" when he hasnt been on the server and hasn't checked the needs in over 2 and a half weeks.

So where you say "the amount of work he puts into the server is amazing" and you dont want to see him discredited I strongly disagree due to the fact that I have actually staffed for 1 week and then couldnt due to a ridiculous "policy" and something would come "soon"

You can stop right there and do some research before calling out Xnator, he works very hard for the other PS servers so not only PH. Recently, Xnator and DEAD has both worked extremely hard together in releasing the Pointshop update plus a recent small update was applied to PH recently (zarpgaming.com/index.php/2013-11-13-21-3...t-changelogs#1006138). It may appear that he isn't doing much since he isn't logging onto PH but if you ever need him online for something then you can hit him up on TS, Steam, etc.
