Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
As a moderator i had helped a lot of people, i have around 100 f1's in the first week. On top of that i had helped many people just out on the street etc.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I've had quite a few obstacles as being a moderator, the main obstacle i had though is attempting to quickly freeze a player if they are mass rdming, the time it takes to navigate their name in the tab menu is about the same time it takes them to kill a few more people. Being admin would help due to the fact i can use my physgun to instantly freeze them and remove them form the area.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello Player x.
After consulting with various staff members and looking at the fact this is the first ban that you have received on this server,
I decided that i will accept your ban application. This doesn't mean that you can continue to break the rules, if you're caught breaking another rule you will have a more strict punishment.
Please enjoy and respect the server the server's rules now that you're allowed back online.

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):
I think that i should be promoted to admin because I have a large f1 count on my first week as a moderator, around 80. Even though i have helped out many people as a moderator i do find it hard to aid people to the best i can because i do lack abilities, such as to spectate people, this means if someone claims to be getting rdm'd by one person but they have no solid evidence i can observe their screen and see if their claims are true. I can also use commands such as jail to hold someone who is very defiant and attempt to have them co-operate in a sit. I will be attending the team-speak meeting on the 8/9/18 and others further on.

Ok so the first command to look at is [u]warn[/u].[/center]

You use the warn to punish a player who has been violating one or more server rules after the rule break has been proven. You cannot warn a person without them knowing beforehand due to the fact they could have a form of evidence that changes the judgement.

The correct command for warning is /warn [Steamid] [Reason].
You should never use a  players name for the warn command because in the situation that someone else has the same name it can lead to a false warn

In the event that you want to remove someones recent warn that you have issued you can use the /unwarn command. Be careful though because it only works for 40 minutes after it was issued.

Before you warn someone you can use the [u]Rapsheet[/u].

The rapsheet shows someones previous warns and can help you pass a better judgement for their rulebreak.

[u]Kick[/u]
[/center]
This command is used to kick someone from a server. It should NOT be used to kick someone if they have broken NLR or RDM. This is used in extreme cases where if someone were to mass rdm and/or if they are doing things that would put the server at risk of crashing or lagging majorly. The kick command is used as /kick [SteamID] [Reason]

[u]Teleport commands[/u][/center]
-[u]/tp[/u] This is used to teleport yourself or you can teleport a player to a position you're looking at by doing /tp [SteamID]/[Name]
-[u]/goto[/u] This is used to go to a player, this is used by doing /goto [SteamID]/[Name]
-[u]/bring[/u] This is used to bring a player towards you, you cannot instantly bring a player to you, you need to teleport to them and check if it is ok. The bring commands is used like /bring [SteamID]/[Name]
-[u]/back[/u] This is used to teleport you or a player back to their original position they were last in and it is used as /back [SteamID]/[Name]
-[u]/backspawn[/u] This is used to teleport you or a player back to spawn and it is used as /backspawn [SteamID]/[Name]

[u]Freeze[/u][/center]
This command is used to freeze a player where they are, it can be helpful for RDMers or a defiant user in a sit, It is used as /freeze [SteamID]/[Name]

[u]Mute commands[/u][/center]
-[u]/chatmute[/u] This is used to mute a player in the text chat completely, it is good if someone is being abusive in chat, it is used as /chatmute [SteamID]/[Name] [Time(seconds)]
-[u/]voicemute[/u] This is used to mute a player in voice chat, this is good if someone is mic-spamming in chat or being abusing, it is used as /voicemute [SteamID]/[Name] [Time(seconds)]

The final command is the [u]/slay[/u] command. It is a good punishment for someone who is using an  "expensive" weapon to mass rdm because they'll loose it but apart from that there is very limited use.
