Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

I definetly feel that i have learned a lot, and i have to be honest i've also made a couple of mistakes. I know what to do if i am confused in a situation where i do not know what to do. I am always trying to get on when i can and i think it's an honor to work with this team. I definetly think that i have a good relationship with fellow staff member and will always try to keep it like that.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around.

There has been multiple obstacles i have had to work around as a moderator, one of them being when i am accusing someone and they Ltap. And when i see someone breaking NLR i try to get their attention by pointing my physgun at them, and it always ends with that i have to freeze them. Which is annoying because they think that they are being falsely accused of something.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hey Kyber!
After speaking to Dankek we have realized that this was your first ever ban on SSRP. After carefully examining your appeal
with Dankek i have decided to accept this. Be aware that this does not mean that you are in a safe zone. If i catch you rulebreaking again i will be sure to ban you. Please do not rulebreak again and try to enjoy your time here on SSRP

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):

I think i should be promoted because i know i will handle the job as an admin efficiently. I've only been a mod for a week and some people might think i should gain more experiance. I have learned a lot from staffing on another Zarp server and i think that i could handle the admin rank. I would love to be able to handle appeals and i really just want what's good for the server. I am always trying my best to help players that are new to SSRP. I always respect all players in my sits and i try to be reasonable with the players that i am punishing. I'll try my best to attend all meetings And i will be attending the upcoming meeting. I will always try my best to handle as many f1's as possible, if *ahem* Some people do not steal them that is.

Congratulations on becoming staff in Zarpgamings DarkRP server! Keep in mind that you are now staff and avoid being rude or just breaking rules in general. I have wrote down a a bunch of things on how to use your powers and what they do below![spoiler]The first and probably the most important is the [u]Warn[/u] command.

This command is only to when you see someone breaking a rule or you could obtain proof by a reporter and confront the rulebreaker. Keep in mind that you always have to confront the rulebreaker before punishing them. This show up on the playerrs rapsheet aswell (i will get to that later).

You can warn a player by doing /warn STEAMID REASON. [u]Always use SteamID[/u]

The [u]Rapsheet[/u] allows you to see a players previous punishments

This is mostly used to when you are about punish a rulebreaker, you should always check their rapsheet before punishing them. If you spot a rulebreaker with a clean rapsheet then you should always verbally-warn them, unless they've done something extreme like Mass RDM/RDA, attempt to crash the server etc. Punishments that are red are recent punishments and they last for two weeks.

The [u]kick[/u] command should only be used if someone is trying to crash the server or mass prop abuse. And in some occasions maybe even mass minging (after being told to stop multiple times of course)

Do keep in mind that if you are kicking someone there will pop up a kick screen on the players screen which will strip their weapons and tp them tp spawn.

[u]Goto/bring/tp[/u] all have the same purpose and that is to teleport you or a player.
/goto is used to teleport to someone, EG using /goto to teleport to a person that has made an F1 or to teleport to a rulebreker/accused player.

[u]/tp[/u] use this to teleport yourself or a player to the spot you are looking at.

/goto is used to obviously teleport to someone use this if you need a person for an F1 and ask for permission to bring them to the sit and to check if they are busy.

[u]/bring[/u] is used for when you are going to teleport someone to you. Use this command if you're going to bring a accused player, [u]Always use /goto first before bringing a accused player that is unaware of the F1 report made against them![/u] Also make sure to ask for the players permission before bringing them.

[u]/back[/u] is used to return a player to the position you teleported a player from, very simple. Use this when you are done with a sit.

[u]Freeze[/u] in my opinion is one of the most useful commands. Use this command for when you are trying to stop a mass RDMer/RDAer this will freeze the player making them unable to move or shoot.

[u]/chatmute[/u] or [u]/voicemute[/u] is used to player for x amount of time chatmute is of course for chat and voicemute for muting a player for micspamming, and chatmute for just spamming or using racist slurs in chat.

[u]/slay[/u] is not very useful in my opinion because of the /freeze command. But the slay command is used for stopping a player for for rdming or rdaing or even prop abusing
