How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator: As an admin I felt like I was doing a good job and I used the powers without abusing so I think I deserve to be a Super Admin.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?: The other candidates may deserve it but I have given my years to this community and I'm so experienced as a staff member. I'm doing my job good as much as I can and I think I can improve myself more by becoming a super admin. I love Deathrun community and I will do my best for the deathrun community. I am so active on the server and I'm pretty sure that I am the most active staff member on the server. I am friendly player and staff. I am good at communicating with players. I am trusted. I try to help other players. I know what I need do to rulebreakers. I am trying to join all of the meetings as much as I can. I'm sure that I have abilities to handle situations. I think I am experienced as an Admin. I am active on forums and I'm sure that I'm ready to handle report abuses. I think I am ready to become a Super Administrator. Thats it.

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: I haven't encountered any problems that needed SA and higher. I only encountered sits that needed admin powers.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member: First of all, I'll reply "I'm handling this report." So other lead team members know that I am handling the report. Then I'd check proof given by the player on the report. After that I'd go to teamspeak and talk to the reported staff member and understand his side.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?


First of all, I'll call the staff to TeamSpeak and tell him/her that the ban length is for an excessive amount of time. I would tell the approximate amount of ban lenght on the situation. After this situation, I would guide him/her on ban lengths and give some tips.

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?


I would help the staff member to deal with the player. First of all, I would calm the staff member down. After the staff member calms down, and can handle the situation, I'd leave the sit and give it to him again. If he/she can't handle the sitution, I'd tell "You need to be relax, I'll handle this situation." and handle the situation.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?


First of all, I'll call both of them to TeamSpeak. After this, I demand proof. "If the Staff member X" can't give any proof, I'd check logs and other stuff, if there is nothing I'd end the situation. But if the "staff member X" can give proof, I'll check proof. After checking the proof, if "Staff member Y" is innocent, I'll finish the sitution but if Reported Staff is guilty, I'll speak to Head Admin or Server Owner and then punish the "staff member Y".

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?


First of all, I'd calm them all down. After that I'll speak individually with the staff member and ask why he did it. Not like there is a way to get off disrespecting to another staff so I'd start to fix the situation. I'd try to fix this with easy way(talking and warning verbally) But if I can't fix this with easy way, I'll fix it with the hard way. Telling them that what they are doing can lead to a demotion.

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?


First of all I would tell the staff member to stop breaking the rules. If the staff member continue to break rules, I would warn him and if he keeps doing it I would immediately talk to a Head Admin or Server Owner.
