How would you handle a TS3 appeal?:

These appeals would be handled just as other appeals are handled. First I would contact the staff member who handed out the punishment. After that I would take into account the conversation with the staff member as well as the user’s past infractions. Finally I would either accept or deny the appeal based on all the previous information.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:

To name a few admin features of TS3, the most important are the ability to move freely, the ability to ban, and the ability to kick.

Ban: To be used when a user either breaks TOU or commits a serious infraction on the server. Also applicable if a user has been punished and warned numerous times prior as a last resort to stop seriously negative behavior. (IE: Repeatedly rejoining and screaming over mic, even after being kicked and spoken to).

Kick: Similar to ban, kick is used to enforce the rules on the server. It is to be used when a user breaks rule that doesn’t warrant a ban, or if a user is repeatedly engaging in bad behavior (IE: Screaming over mic after being told to stop).

Movement: The most commonly used administrative power on the server, moving users to/out of channels is a necessary and common tool for TS3 staff. To be used when intending to speak to someone, it should not be used without consent from the user except in extreme cases, and should not be used to move the staff member into other channels without consent from those inside.

What would I do different with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words):

With Ts3 HA I would be able to manage a greater amount of the community on TS. HA would allow me to hold TS staff members accountable for their actions and would furthermore allow me to assist users to a greater extent, including handling any issues they may have with TS3 staff members.
