While you may be a decent dude or something I am completely against people getting staff just because of past merit as people can change a lot over time so in my eyes whatever you did in the past is irrelevant to now. As of writing you have activity logged for 2 days in the past 2 weeks and most others are asked for "2 weeks of high and consistent activity" so you should not be exempt from this standard just because you were a good staff member at some point in the past so it's gonna have to be a from me
