Currently, your activity is lacking and I for one would have liked to see more detail in your application, particularity in 'Why you should be chosen' as while you were a somewhat decent admin before, you did decide to insult the server and its staff team upon resigning (or afterwards; can't quite remember) and I haven't seen any evidence of any change in attitude towards PH.
