2. 3-5 hours per day and I’m on every week
3. I copied my response and paste it into a notepad on my pc and any free time I have I add to the notepad.
4. I read the rules to understand them.
5. And last but not least I would look in logs copy and past what happened and then pm a higher state then me (such as admin) and ask for help if need or I would handle it myself by going to not warn them until the second rdm.
