Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
Well first I would let them know that it is a little difficult at first to get into but its a very enjoyable game mode. After that, I would show them this video so they can practice on surfing but if they for some reason can't watch the video I would be more than glad to help them and if they get stuck on a certain part of the map I would help them through it!

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
Well first off I would gag/mute them for 2 minutes+ depending on the severity but once that time is up and they are unmuted and they decide it would be a smart idea to spam again I would mute them longer and warn them for micspam.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Well I would ask the member to stop but I will always make sure to let a Lead Team member know so they can make sure that member doesn't use that exploit anymore or they would just fix that bug.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I'm not just going to apply to be a surf staff member just to be unbanned but so I can prove to others that im a good member of this community and I also really enjoy the server and I would love to be a surf staff member once again. I've messed up and treated not only my friend but other staff members very poorly and I would just like people to see that I can be a very great staff member considering I was staff once before and having that prior knowledge and being an American you really dont see a lot of staff members the times that I am on so I would love to be staff so I can enforce the rules.
