I have had a look through your report and evidence provided and i can clearly see that this person had RDM'ed you but due to the lack of SteamID evidence i will have to deny this request, i advise in these situations where the person that broke rules instantly leaves that you ask a staff member to give you a screenshot of the log of him killing you / disconnecting or both.
