These are so long that my eyes don't allow me to read but i want to say that ofc a staff member's first priority is stopping rule breaks but you cant want him to check f1's for his whole RP experience time. It wouldn't be fair. Also you can TOTALLY be sure on that all staff members do (maybe except dankek lol) that cuz they are also here to rp. I dont think this is a reason to demote people.
