As much as this server doesn't use RP, RP commands do still apply. It's one of the reasons why the rules state that you must use /me to warn HOBOS when they throw bugbait at you before you can kill them. In other words, for something to apply in RP that wouldn't otherwise apply, you have to apply the RP yourself.
