How would it benefit the server: would stop the noticeable lag after the server has been online for like two days.

Potential Issues/Exploits: not sure

Additional notes: warning for the restart at 11:55 with a 5 minutes and all rdm is allowed until the 5 minutes is up and the server restarts (maybe)
