This decision was made mostly by me, EMP rather played a guiding role in the appeal and mainly suggested criteria upon which to judge it.

I personally believe that you could do with playing another server for a decent period of time without gathering any punishments as a good method of proving yourself. If you don't have any interest in other servers, then it's tough luck really.
