Although you have answers relating to props, its difficult to see that you're applying for the prop hunt server, your application is improperly titled. it should be "[Prop Hunt Moderator] Mansger's Application". I don't think much effort has gone into this at all and I can't see anymore being put into moderator work. Also what starman said about putting in time.
