I have reviewed the evidence and have decided that datsand doesn't need to be apart of this demotion due to him not breaking any rules, but on the other hand b/hopnixis has acted in the wrong way and will be brought up in the next lead team meeting due to his attitude and the way this was dealt with ingame.
