I appreciate the feedback, and i'm sure there has been an occasion or two when I missed someone but i'm not sure where you're getting this from. Any time anyone asks in Admin chat, I always try and help them, often defining rules for newer staff or taking over sits from staff who are having issues. I'm sure Richard_2017 can refer back to the time yesterday when I took a sit from an admin to help him, as he wasn't sure about the evidence. I'm also often banning people at the request of Moderators, and just generally trying to help to the best of my abilities. Could you please give me an example of when i've ignored someone, it would be much appreciated to help me learn?
I also agree with you on the second part. I need to have a stronger relationship with the lead team, as the only members I really have frequent contact with is Oxy and Raeker. I'm hoping to change this soon though.
