Hello Gaben,
I have spoken with Mr Red X about this matter, and he has informed me of how you did indeed join the gunfight as you were not shot and you killed someone that was shooting a traitor. You have failed to provide any evidence to the contrary of this and thus the warn is valid and will remain. There was no wrong doing committed by Mr Red X on this occasion from what I can see. Onto the ban, you have 10 recent punishments and one of which is a two day ban. The ban was totally justified and you are lucky to have not been banned for longer. If you want to report another member of staff, make sure to get evidence first.
