Misphrased it, if you're doing a meeting and posting something in the chat like a strawpoll link for an admin app, you would need to make different rooms for different parts of the meeting and would need to clear them for the next one due to NDA which is quite a lot of work. On ts you just have to move them out and thats it

Can easily be done through usage of a bot and its quite simple even. The channel could be fully cleared by typing in a command or messages can be automatically deleted separately after a set amount of time has passed (though wouldn't recommend since meetings don't always last for the same time).
