I don't see how its not linked to it when its a picture of the event that injured multiple people, for example if I made a signature with twin towers and bombs flying into it then would you say its not against tou?

Your example is overexaggerated, he isn't showing the guy shooting kids is he?

He's not showing the kids being hurt but he is showing the person who did the act and showing his gun shooting bullets which could've possibly shot the victims #RestInPeace
