How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
In my time as admin, I have participated more in forums, in responding to staff applications in the server, giving my positive and sometimes negative reasons about people. I handle my reports much better, making mistakes along the way and getting brief messages from the LT helping me to correct my mistakes. Along with handling reports, aggressive and differently behaved people come along with it, I feel I handle those situations much better, often being asked to handle a report for someone as they were unsure how to.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?:
Well other than the fact that everyone would absolutely love to have me in the LT meetings, I think becoming LT would also be a better place than admin for me in this server. (#froyoforowner) trended among many

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:

I'm yet to come across a situation that I wasn't able to work my way around, either through opening chats and having two people talk it out, or by asking for video evidence which always quickly puts an end to a report. People often ask for me to open a chat if they feel an issue has either been improperly dealt with or not resolved. Upon hearing it's easy for me to open a chat, sort out the issue, and leave everyone at an easy understanding.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:

Having had one against me, I would follow a very similar method. I'd reply to the report with "handling" if no-one is yet to and then read through the report. Look through the evidence, and if it doesn't sufficiently show the abuse or I feel it could've been taken out of context, I will get the reporter and reportee into Teamspeak to talk it out. Whilst talking it out I'd be sure to keep it calm, relaxed and make sure that things stay that way through the demeanour. If however, the evidence is sufficient enough I would go about talking to the reported staff member, still asking for some kind of response as to why they were reported. Through that method, I feel I could efficiently decide whether or not it was abuse, or if it really was, and at that point deciding what punitive measures to take.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?

We'll say someone was banned permanently for ban evading on an alternate account, something I recently witnessed. Which to me seemed a bit extreme. I'd ask the staff member about it, to see if there was a logical reasoning behind it and most likely find that there was, helping to educate me further on appropriate sanctions in the future.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?

For example, a staff member is acting very informally towards a reported player in an open chat, often dismissing what the reported player has to say and not coming to any reason or logical decision. I'd simply message them about it through admin chat or the "psay" command and make them question what they're doing, refreshing them on our ethos and then watching them continue with the rest of the situation. If I still feel it was improper I would intercept in the chat, give the correct punishment if any at all, talk to the reporter and reported player, and then the staff member involved afterwards about what they did wrong.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?

I'd want evidence first. Not going any further without it and if they provided it, I'd then ask them to post a "Report abuse" on the forums towards them, rather than listening/watching them talk about it in the server whilst they continued to play or handle reports.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?

Try to stop it as early on as possible, hopefully turning it either into banter or stopping it completely, as it would be unhealthy for two staff members to be sour with each other. If the feud continued then it would be resolved in a more formal manner, possibly involving a private Teamspeak talk or a text chat, dealing with it as soon as possible.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?

I'd first remind them of our server rules, as well as our staff ethos. Possibly they're a fresh staff and aren't usually known for this, I wouldn't take it to the forums, just pull them out and remind them, a verbal warning as such. However, if it was a continually reckless staff member then I would gather evidence and be sure to post a "Report abuse", following the correct template as I did and ask a member of LT to deal with it.

TL;DR:

I'd make a great Super Administrator

Pros:

- Lot's of experience in staffing
- Engaged in the community
- Loved by many

Cons:

- Lack of language diversity (but I have google translate)
- Don't go on the teamspeak enough
- Haven't responded to any abuse reports myself
