I speak Norwegian, English, Swedish I do understand quite a bit Danish and a little bit of German but not much.

Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command
Example one certain person kills 4 or more people then leaves the server after he dies
Or another name for it MassRDM/LTAP

Explain how you would handle the following situation
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

So if someone was banned for cheating, and they do a apology and give alot of effort into it, I would give em a second attemp to play again on the server and following the rules.

Why should I be Admin
Cant realy say much, most likely what i wrote on my old Admin App
Its mostly to be able to be more efficient as a staff member'

Example I get stuck in the portal and I have to TP my self to a random person and hope he/she is near the portal so I can quickly bring the others out, but if I had noclip that problem wouldnt be there any longer.

Ive also been an Admin twice i know how to handle it
Not for troubble making, no we are over that part
