The meetings take place in teamspeak as far as i know of my timesone its around 19:00 cest not dure if its 1 hour earlier or later. Also if you get accepted they will reply on your post and than you will get moderator training After the meeting is done which takes about 3-4 hours

Thanks, my only concern is on only that day i will be absent. Is it possible to re-arrange the training if I accept?

You can get trained whenever you like what you have to do is get on and contact a lead team member for training
