Sorry but i think yes you might be doing a good job in-game but your application is lacking a lot on the details like under ban you can make a lot of more situation's here and racism is 0 tolerance but it means in a way that you are no longer protected by simple rules and the staff member is allowed to do what he want and warning and muting them for the first time is good enough in my opinion you can do other things after that but in ban you can talk about (threats dox mass rule break etc...)
