Hello DirtyPlayz, after reviewing the report it's clearly seen that Lucious made a mistake by RDMing the guy instead of using /me or muting him for spam.
After a short talk with Lucious he admitted to his mistake, I've talked with him on how he should be handling such situations and I can guarantee you he now knows.
