Kim, you're a great guy and all, but you aren't ready for SA, often I question your maturity and from what others have said, you simply just rage quit a meeting, which isn't too good when you are applying for SA. I think you should apply in around a month, once you have proved to everyone that you are being lot more mature about things. Maturity is a very key thing and is mainly what kept me from getting super admin, and I can honestly say that it is one of the core traits a lead team member needs, not just to be mature, but know when to be mature, as joking around is fine, but I feel you need to learn when and when not to be. Your application is very good but I really think you have quite a bit of room for improvement, good luck!
