Word of advice: Don't be afraid to make yourself known to the community by actively contributing to the forums, and perhaps having a bit more of a presence in the server. That's how we know if we've seen you or not and how we know what kind of player you are. That's ultimately what we'll go off of aside from activity and a couple other things.
