Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

I have been moderator for one week now, but it have the experience required to get this promotion. Also, during this week, I have handled many cases of inappropriate names and mic spam

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

I was playing on the server when a user with a racist name joined. Upon this, I asked him to change his name, and he refused, so I kicked him from the server. He then joined back right after and, as a mod, I could not ban him, so I had to ask Taylor to do so.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

I would start by congratulating them on getting the rank. After, I usually start with the explanation of warn and the warn menu. Once they understand the basic of that, I go over the chat commands they have and when to use them. I would tell them to use global mute and chat mute upon spam, disrespect, racism, etc always after giving a verbal first. If the user kept doing it after the first mute, he would be told to give him a warning. Then, I would explain how to handle exploiting users. Finally on commands, I would tell him not to use the slay, as it is not used. Now on the other part of the training, I would teach him how to use the F6 menu. To end the trains no, I would tell him that he needs 2 hours a week at least and explain the meeting and its schedule.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would reply to it by explaining that cheating is not tolerated in Zara, but in spite that this is first ban, we would consider unbanning him. Provided that he has been banned for some time now, I would then tell another admin to handle, as I can't handle my own ban. Then, I would tell him to contact him and notify him that his ban has been lowered to a week and that he can use this time to read over the rules.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

I should be promoted because despite the fact that I have been moderator for a week, I have held many lead team positions and as for today, I am head admin on death run. I am extremely familiar with all the powers of an admin and know how to use them correctly. I am also trusted around the community and have been in Zarp for Almost a year now.
