1.1a In-Game Names
Your steam name must have readable characters that can also be pronounced in English to ensure that you can be targeted in-game. You cannot have the same name that another player/staff member has on the server, and your name cannot conflict with the TTT gamemode. Failure to change your name will result in punishment.

You are going for staff and you know you need to show a good attitude and not be breaking any rules given your past as a large rule breaker. First you changed your name to "admin" which could confuse new users into believing you are actually staff, which you should not really be doing then you change your name to something that would conflict with the gamemode and essentially make you unKOSable. Sorry but

I agree with this, other than this incident as far as I've seen, this week he's been great, just hope in the meeting the positives overlook this negative.
