Like up to the point of being an Admin you're an excelent one. Personaly I would like to get more involved and make yourself heard. By this I mean be an important part of the SSRP meeting as that's a key event each week for a lead team member. Also make yourself heard ingame. You need to prove it to us your able to manage the staff team. And lastly get more involved with the Lead Team. Helping us is always a huge positive and we also like to know who we voting for as a person to ensure the best decisions.
