« When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:

When someone uses hacks.
If someone uses racist words in voice/normal chat.
When players leaves to avoid her/his punishment.
If someone is being extremely disrespectful to players.
When someone gets DDOS threatened / DDOSed by another player.

« Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?: 2 Mass rulebreakers were exploiting. I warned and slayed Player X for exploiting. Both of them didn't stop. So I called an admin. Player Y had so many warns from the past so he got kicked, and then got banned. And then Player X started to leech. I warned him for leeching and slayed him. After that an admin came and banned Player X. If I had permissions to do that I wouldn't need an admin to ban them.

« Why I should be promoted: I think I am doing my job great as a moderator. As a moderator, I can't take care of many hard situations. Such as banning people, freeze people, spectate if he is suspicious etc. I have been moderator twice. In total it has been a month as a moderator. I have past experience of being a moderator(1 year ago I was a moderator and as people say I did my job great). I gained so much experience and I am still gaining while I stay and do my job as a staff member. I will be online on the server for 2-3 hours everyday and stop all the rulebreakers cuz they are gay. I am very trusted. I am very friendly in the game. I am fair to all of the players. I am good at communicating with players. I am helpful but I would like to help more with my new powers(wont abuse them at all xd). I think I have abilities to handle situations. I am trying to join all of the meetings as much as I can. I know what i need to do in all of the situations. I think I am ready to become an Administrator. I will do my best for the deathrun community. I think thats it. Thank you for reading.
