Story/Situation - What happened?
I spawned in as a Detective, and I walked over to my usual health station and teleporter spot below the nether portal. When I got there TimoOC was already there and looking at me, so I walked up the ladder and entered the buy menu, while I was buying a health station he shot at me with a deagle, missing his shot, I came out of the buy menu and he shot again at me, again missing his shot, I then shot him twice with a shotgun and killed him. He reported me for RDMing him, I said in the report he was T baiting as he shot at me twice, but I was warned and autoslain.
T baiting is KOSable and against the rules, as shown here:
"2.4 Baiting as a Traitor
When in-game you cannot commit traitorous acts as innocent/detective. For example, you cannot shoot nearby players to “scare” them, push people near or off ledges or do anything that possibly harms the innocent team."

Extra Information -
The reason I am appealing this report is because TimoOC is a known RDMer, in the two rounds following the event I've already outlined, he was warmed twice for RDM and RNT. I feel as though this recent punishment where I was not at all in the wrong could affect a future staff application. I am a very regular Zarp TTT player, I've played on this server since at least Feb 2016 and I have always loved the community. I have over 135 hours played according to gametracker (www.gametracker.com/player/hopgop1/play.zarpgaming.com:27017/), and I am rank #201 out of over 160,000 players. I have no reason to commit 1 single RDM and jeopardise my reputation on the server.
