I completely agree, this is an issue that I'd like to address in the future, since it's a big problem as far as I can see, and it widens the gap between regular old staff and Lead Team members.
yada yada yada, many people have said the same stuff.
I don't expect you to believe me, but I hope my active involvement regarding most SSRP matters should serve as proof.
