In regards to Red x and the tazing with an EVO, it is allowed, you can taze people in them, you cannot purposely target people in them tho, the same thing happened to me and Dead, he knew i had an evo on and tazed me and i lost it.

Let me clarify it again as it looks like you didn't read my outcome on Red X's appeal. He didn't get banned for what he did he got banned because of the why he did it. He purely did it to Rob to revenge on him making him lose the evo and forcing a refund which made the CM team involved for no reason aswell. His aim was to wait for Rob in his Evo and taze him.

EDIT: However Ella still should of stepped out and stated what he told Red X and not hide behind the curtains. Which I agree with is wrong.

Pathetic excuse, it's a bug - therefore using it is abusing an unintended feature - EXPLOITING. You're both Super Admins, you should be able to reasonably discern this.

The exact rule:

1.7 Exploiting - Purposely abusing unintentional game or server features is prohibited.

A bug is literally the definition of an unintended feature, so how could you even say it's not an exploit for a second?

I am not saying i disagree with you but I am simply following what was told to me by raker and chute and that is right now it is allowed unless targetted and for red x I wasn't aware he was explopiting using it targetting someone, that was never brought up to me by anyone i simple told red x it was allowed but not recommanded to use

No one should have to "bring it up" to you - if you're punishing him for harassment because he purposely targeted Rob then you should be punishing him for exploiting too, because of how plainly obvious it is, further demonstrating what Dankek mentioned earlier. You should've looked further into the situation yourself instead of waiting to be "told" something - taking initiative and actually trying to put some effort in is a big part of being a Super Admin. No one would go in and suicide just to taze someone when you could simply just arrest them, which would actually take them out of the fight.

I went out and spoke to Raeker, Deadmonster, Captin and Chute about this bug. Tazing someone in an evo suit is not an Exploit and you're allowed to do it. It's a game breaking issue but until further notice we need to act on what we have been told

Fair enough, I'll speak to at least Raeker about it regarding the issue and see if we can get some sort of provision in place in the mean time.
