When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:

1 ) When players leaves to avoid her/his punishment.
2 ) If someone is using hacks.
3 ) When someone uses racist words in voice/text chat.
4 ) If someone is extremely disrespectful to other players.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?: I've never had any hard situations as time me being moderator.

Why I should be promoted: I've done good job as being moderator i think I'm very experienced now. I don't have access to commands like ban and i can't take care of those hard situations. I'm very active too these days i was on vacation but I got very good activity in past and I'll get good activity again. I'm very friendly and trusted I'm fair in situations and i help players and trying to make them play comfortable so I think I'm ready to become an Admin.
