« When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:

When someone uses hacks.
If someone uses racist words in voice/normal chat.
When players leaves to avoid her/his punishment.
If someone is being extremely disrespectful to players.

« Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?: I haven't encountered any hard situation in my time as a moderator.

« Why I should be promoted: I think i am doing my job great as a moderator. As a moderator, I cant ban people and i cant take care of those hard situations. I have been moderator for twice. This time been a month, so im also experienced before for being a moderator. I gain so much experience and still gaining while i stay as a staff member. I am a very active person on the server. I am trusted. I am very friendly in game. I am fair to all players. I know what i need do in situation. I think I am ready to become an Administrator. I will do my best for the community. I think thats it.
