You didn't include the fact that you intentionally ripped the suit so that the user you were targeting would have to wait 2 weeks to get it refunded, so you're heavily downplaying the situation in an attempt to mislead any handling staff. I see your pure dishonesty as rather abhorrent and as such you should wait out your entire ban.
