Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Ok first, I need to say that there are pleanty number of situations when ban is needed. I will try to say as many as I remember:
Racism(If some one is racist in chat,I will warn them once, kick them second time, and ban them on third),Ghosting(Ghosting-It is when somebody with his friend talking with each other not in game, to have advantage above average players),Cheating(Simple, somebody with use of third-party programms trying to gain an unfair advantage above other players),and last(as i remember) but not the least breaking the rules(constantly).
So situation:
Some player RDMed in round I slayed him and also warned him for MRDM(Mass RDM),then after slays are gone, he is RDMing again, killing 6 people without a reason, also in reports he is lying and disrespecting another players and then he LTAP
,so here ban command is appropriate.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Well I need to say,I was cheater for long time,and well I think that there is no cheater in the world that will seek for forgiveness,anyway I see cheater as cancer of our world

Okay now my answer to his appeal(Need to say that it is awnser if I should hold this situation alone) :

Hi player X,after speaking to the Admin who banned you and revieing your app. I have decided that you should be banned for now,because here on ZARP we cant afford breaking one of our basic rules.Also you may appeal one more time after some time passes.And with that said your appeal have been Denied. Topic can be closed.

Now,last time I didnt wrote here an accepted appeal but if our staff will decide that we can forgive that person I could not be against it:

Hi player X,after speaking to the Admin who banned you and revieing your app. I have decided that you can be forgiven and we can give you second chance, but remember here on ZARP we cant afford breaking one of our basic rules. Also remember that if you will show same attitude again there wont be a chance for you to come back.With that said your appeal have been Accepted. Topic can be closed.

Why I should be promoted:
Ok,If talking seriosly even being a week on server I was crushed by some situation that I should held,but now I am pretty sure that saw everything,also now I have some experience of being alone on server with many reports.Now I am sure that I could do more for server being an Admin,I could improve gaming experience for many players.
