I've not put much detail when I was explaining the scenarios because staff members tend to not read the application.
We actually do read the applications and yes your app is lacking details, I would love you to put more effort into it. I can understand how it sounds like my attitude sucks, but in all honesty, at the time I didn't see a problem with it
