Explanation a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:When The Player has to many resents or When The Player doesn't follow the rules and Mass RDMs,Racism,Disrespect..etc

Explanation how i would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?I would ask them why did they did it in the first place and if they continue that there very sorry about it and delete there Hax client then i would give them a second chance

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.To be honest i put a lot of time on the server and i like to help other Staff members and Players and i would like to be promoted to Admin to help out more and Support TTT more than as a mod
