I would like to point out that Chute's latest improvement has massively improved spam bot prevention. Where I used to get a few emails that spam has been detected once or twice a day, I now get thirty to fourty. When these posts are detected they need to be approved and won't be viewable for regular users.

In other words, this system is already in place and with the latest imporvements it works excellently. Obviously it can't prevent everything, but it prevents as much as it can at this time.
