Story/Situation - What happened?

I had an Inactivity reason for about 3 Weeks which was totally Valid, after that Inactivity Reason was over, I began to do my Job on SSRP Again, even tho I wasn't active on the Server Itself I've still dealt with various problems via Steam and or the TeamSpeak as well as I've helped out and or made the Spreadsheets for the SSRP Meetings, some Meetings I just wasn't able to attend due to Personal Issues and such, however, whenever I had the possibility to do so I did attend the SSRP Meeting.

Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your warning(s)?

I personally was never approached about my Apparent "Inactivity" on SSRP. I never felt like I've had any Issues nor did anyone tell me there was any. I feel like this Official Warning is totally Invalid and should of never been given out to me. I'd also like to add that after doing some research it was mostly me who's done and or Tried to do the Spreadsheet for the SSRP Meetings.
