RDM is the act of killing someone without a valid roleplay reason eg. killing someone for walking up to your face unarmed and not threatening you

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:

NLR is to prevent players from returning to the spot where they died as this wouldn't happen in real life eg. a gangster kills you in spawn as they were wanted and you tried to arrest them you now have nlr and cannot try to arrest/kill or have any role play interaction with them

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

i would ask player y for the reason why they killed player x and upon their response i shall check if logs support player y's statement if not i'll ask for video evidence from both sides if anyone can prove what they are saying and i'll inspect the video(s) to see who is right or wrong then shall punish accordingly based on their recents or if its their first rule break i shall verbally warn however if no evidence is provided i shall let them go with a verbal telling them to be more careful

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

i would inspect the logs seeing what happened if its a case of player y being killed by player x in bank district and then a minute and 3 seconds later player y comes back to bank district to arrest player x and succeeds that would be an nlr breach as you may not return to the place of ur death for 3 minutes so i'd warn player y for nlr if they have had previous punishments on this if its their first ever breach i'll give them a verbal and tell them how nlr works

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words):

i feel i should be chosen as i understand the rules enough to be able to help out the staff team as there are times when i get on and there is no staff on or there is staff and they are either afk or busy in other f1's. i also believe that i am capable of doing a large amount of f1's while also enjoying the game so i won't get tired that quickly allowing me to get a lot of playtime reducing the number of mass rule breakers. i am also a trusted SA on 2 servers (TTT and JB) giving me the experience of how to behave as staff and the experience of staffing as a whole
