I dunno if I'm just stoopid or anything but.. when I checked the Steam ID he provided, there wasn't a single punishment on the sheet..

He just screwed up the steamid in his app the ID should be STEAM_0:0:116003217

This is the ID he provided, I checked his profile link on SteamIDFinder myself and its the same SteamID but there are no punishments on it.
