I'll be denying this. This is not trickery, you both knew it was ft3, that's why both of you rolled three times. FT3 was also mentioned according to Fawdaw, and until there's a recording to disprove this, this outcome is not really subject to change.
This just looks like you tried to fall back on a small mistake the guy made, that was not an issue at the time; both of you were fine with it at that moment, and later you decided to change your mind.
