How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator: Now I know that I have only been a staff member for a short amount of time on the Deathrun Server. However, I believe I am a suitable candidate for the super admin position due to my experiences within the community holding many current ranks and trying my best to do my work on those servers. So far as Deathrun Admin I have yet to come across a situation to where I would need a lead team members to help. I have handled some things within game myself and I have held my activity quite high. I have been trying to play every day, however, Chuteuk drags me onto GTA 5! If I am ever needed to be on the Deathrun server in order to use my powers I can 90% of the time be there ready to help out the staff team in need. I do have other staff positions in the community meaning I would also be on there. I believe with my experience I am ready to become a Super Administrator.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?: I believe what makes me a strong candidate for this position is my activity, experience, and dedication to the servers within the community. I have lots of time to spend on the server and I can be there when I'm needed. In the question above I also explain quite a lot of why I have a good candidate. Here are some other points about me being a good candidate for Super Admin.
Activity My Activity within the community and the servers are quite high. As a Deathrun Administrator, it is recommended to have 3 hours a week of activity and I try my best to be online on Deathrun every day and getting as much activity as I can. The reason why I cannot connect to Deathrun sometimes is that I am an SSRP Head Administrator where I have to be on a lot helping out the users/staff in need and I am also Surf & Bhop Owner and Jailbreak Head Admin
Trust My Trust with Powers in the community is very high as I have Staff Positions across the community that is Surf & Bhop Server Owner, SSRP Head Admin, Jailbreak Head Admin, TeamSpeak Head Admin and Forum Global Moderator. On these servers, I do try my best to be helping out and in which my trust gets better and better over time from playing in the community.
Dedication My dedication to Deathrun is kind of strong because of my time spent as a Deathrun Staff member. My dedication also is high across the whole community because of my activity and the Staff Positions I have in the community. They do include Surf & Bhop Server Owner, SSRP Head Admin, Jailbreak Head Admin, TeamSpeak Head Admin and Forum Global Moderator.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: So far as a Deathrun Administrator I have not encountered which was an obstacle that required a help of a lead team member and there was none around to help. But if I was in this type of situation, for example, a Staff Member Abusing: So If I caught a staff member no clip abusing on Deathrun I would first tp him/her as they abusing to complete maps and ask him to get on TeamSpeak to talk. I would explain everything that is wrong what he did and make sure that he doesn't do it again. After that, I would watch over him and also let a lead team member to keep an eye on him as it is a serious issue in what the Staff Member did.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member: I would handle any Report Abuse the same way. As I would read over the report and then speak with the staff member and ask why he did this and explain to him what is wrong by abusing here is two examples of a report abuse being handled one is an Accepted one and the other a Denied report.

Anyways Thanks for your report but next time you report a Staff Member or User get some proof as it would help you.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly? Firstly I would ask the Staff Member to come on Team Speak and I would talk to him and ask him why this user was banned for X amount of time. I would explain to him that the time that you banned Player X is an excessive amount of time. I would tell him the reasons and why times he would ban a player for. I would then ask him if he agrees to un-ban the Player due to the fact that the ban was too unfair and then to ask if he could apologize. I would also say that He/She not in trouble and just being told for next time for banning someone.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation? If a staff member was dealing with a user when I am online and He/She is struggling I would help him out in the situation. I would try to control the situation and give Player X the punishment in which is needed. I would ask the staff member to come on Team Speak in where we can talk in private. So when the staff member comes on I would bring him through situations that could happen and tell him what do in that situation. After I will try watch over the staff member for a few days and make sure that He/She handling situations correctly and to the right standers of a staff member.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation? First I would take the Staff Member who is accusing the other staff member of Abusing. I would ask him to explain everything that happened , After him explaining I would Ask him if he has any proof if not I would still go to the other staff member who was being accused of breaking rules/Abusing and see if the staff member would admit to the situation and I would explain that is not allowed if he admits or If he doesn't Admit I would just watch the staff member to see if I can catch him again. But if the Staff Member who is accusing has proof I would also still speak to the other staff member to see if he admits and if he lies or not I would show him the proof what I was given. If the rules broken/Abuse is a very big deal I would bring him up in the lead team meeting.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation? Firstly I would ask the Staff member to come onto the TeamSpeak to where I can calm the Staff Member down and speak with him. I would explain to him what he was saying to the Staff Member was very disrespectful. I would ask him if he could always remain mature with the staff team and within the community. If the staff member was also getting angry with the Staff Team I would do to same by calming the staff member down explaining what he is doing wrong. Also If his act of constantly being disrespectful to the staff team and Pacific staff members I would have to bring him up in the lead team meeting to either demote the Staff Member or get him giving an official warning from the Lead Team.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member? If I was to spot a Staff Member breaking rules to the point of harming other users. I would approach the staff member by asking him to come on Team Speak so I could speak to him about this situation. For Example, The Staff Member was constantly Slaying a user while he was playing on the maps during a round affecting him to be able to play. I would tell the staff member that this is abuse and the User is not finding it funny that you are doing this to Him/Her and is complaining that you are abusing them. I would then tell him not to be slaying people and to only be slaying people in they have exploited or have done something wrong. I would then watch over that staff member for a week or two making sure that he is using his powers in the correct way and not abusing them or affecting players. If I catch the Staff Member doing it again I would speak to him for the second time and then bring him up in the Lead Team meeting for an official warning or a demotion.
