The rule you suggest is just harsh, Its not fair to new players who clearly never had the intent to kill their own T buddy and just forgot to tell people in t chat. This would also just slow down staffing and waste peoples time just to get a screenshot of the T chat.
Remember this is a game, people come on to have fun.
